It’s Biblically-based, well-known, and affordable. Abeka arithmetic is a well-known, advanced spiral curriculum. I had used Abeka as a student, so we went back to it. Also, as my struggling student had grasped the basic concepts using this curriculum, I wanted to re-introduce a spiral method and try to catch up with a faster-paced math. Why I switched: (This part is a wee bit embarrassing) we had a season that our printer seemed to always be out of ink and then it broke. If you would like to adequately prepare your child they have excellent recommendations as what to do for “Kindergarten” math. Keep in mind, this program starts at Grade 1. You can purchase this in digital or book format.
